I found this interesting quote .
So here goes
A dogma is: a belief , a conviction, a persuasion ,a view
A stigma is :glory, honor,credit , distinction ,crown, laurel.
I do not agree with this quote .I find that you must first have a belief ,conviction persuasion or viewpoint ,to achieve any glory , honor , credit ,distinction or laurel crown.

I copied information from wikipedia about dogma: Dogma is a principle or set of principles laid down by an authority as incontrovertibly true.[1] It serves as part of the primary basis of an ideology or belief system, and it cannot be changed or discarded without affecting the very system's paradigm, or the ideology itself. They can refer to acceptable opinions of philosophers or philosophical schools, public decrees, religion, or issued decisions of political authorities. This further explains what dogma is and how it differs from stigma. I have only referred to stigma as something that provides embarrassment for people such as being diagnosed with a mental health disorder. I never knew that stigma could be related to honor.
